The DS620A can now produce stunning 6"x14" and 6"x20" panoramic photos printed from DNP's 6"x8" media. To enable panoramic printing, DNP's DS620A printer must be updated to the latest version of the DS620A firmware (v1.41) and the user must be printing through DNP's new Hot Folder Print (HFP) Utility v2.2.
Panoramic prints use standard DS620A media
6x14 size prints use the equivalent of 2 6×8 prints worth of media
6x20 size prints use the equivalent of 3 6×8 prints worth of media
Note: When printing pano prints the printer will print the image in sections and the paper will exit and rewind into the printer several times before being cut. Standard and enlargement print trays cannot be used.
With up to 400 prints per hour, the DS620A is fast with prints in 8.3 seconds! This makes DNP's new flagship printer one of the fastest professional photo printers in the market. The DS620A offers a watermark on the back and high gloss and crisp colors on the front of your photos. Multiple formats provides flexibility offering anything from a 2"x6" photobooth fun strip up to 6"x8" enlargements. The same media can be utilized for glossy or matte output based on your needs.
Environmentally friendly, both energy consumption and media waste have been optimized in the DS620A. A new standby mode lowers costs and increases profitability by making the most efficient use of energy (<0.5W). The printer also provides advanced status information from the driver, enabling users at any time to check remaining media, media format, printer status, printer life counter, color control data, firmware version and serial number.
DNP Announces Update of Hot Folder Print (HFP) Utility to version 2.1.

Addition of multi-cut support for 4x6"
Additional sizes for DNP 6" and 8" printers:

DNP Announces Mac OS-X driver
In addition to the normal supported print sizes and 2" photo strips, a new feature of the Mac driver, in combination with the DS620A printer, is the addition of the square photo prints. The DS620A can produce 6 x 6" square photos using the 6x8" media pack as well as the ability to produce 5 x 5" square photos using the 5x7" media pack. These print formats are advantageous for event photographers and software developers wanting to provide photo prints from or like the familiar social media image source -- in a square format.

DNP Announces the iSerial Enable Tool for the Mac Driver - OS-X 10.9.4 and Later
1. A single printer attached to a host will reflect an accurate status in the driver.
2. When two printers of like configuration (same media loaded) are attached, the driver will recognize both printers separately and both printers will be fully operational.

All TV's over 60 inches or other large items will ship via special Truck Delivery. An appointment will be made by the Trucking Company 24 hours before final delivery. Therefore, you must provide a phone number.
TV Return Policy
Up to and including 47" sealed in the original manufacturer box never opened may be returned. (We recommend to apply insurance on shipment).
Larger than 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.

For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable once opened. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Printers, Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablets & Notebooks are not returnable once they are booted up or the toner is installed, as per the manufacturers contracts, all service to be done through them directly.
Please ship your parcel back to Adorama freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry, Adorama cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you would like the item to be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
Returns can take up to 8 days in-house from the date we receive it to process.
When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you with Insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number might take much longer to be processed.
