They've stayed true to that mission, but the space is so much more: a blend of emerging and established local artists, living side by side with artisan goods like essential oil candles and functional pottery, all at affordable prices starting as... They constructed movable gallery walls, invested in a vinyl plotter for museum-quality signage, and have invested their significant curatorial talent in selecting items and artists to feature. And of course, every first Friday of the month, they join the rest of the galleries and shops along the Avenue for the Arts from 5-9 p. m. in celebrating the arts with First Fridays. Graduates from Kendall College of Art and Design where they studied art and photography, and Townsley with a focus on curation, they opened their space with an intent to showcase local artists only. Because Provoast's photography office is also in the gallery, they're able to open the gallery for extended hours.
